They are digging all the roads and streets for putting some kind of cables or pipes below ground level these days. I am not sure if it is Saudi Electricity Company or someone else, However what I can guess from logo of Saudi Electricity Company on this big machine that, this is the Electricity company who is doing all this. This has created extra traffic jams on the streets from last week.
